Once your healthcare provider or specialty pharmacy submits a referral, our team quickly begins matching you with qualified nursing talent in your area. We ensure the nurse assigned is equipped with the right skills and experience for your specific care needs.

We’ll reach out to coordinate your first visit. During this time, we’ll also review your therapy plan and answer any initial questions you may have about the process, your treatment, or the nurse who will be assigned to you.

You’ll be matched with a nurse who is specifically skilled in the therapy or treatment you require. Whether it's infusion therapy, chronic condition management, or a specialized procedure, we ensure that the nurse has the expertise necessary to provide the highest quality care.

On your first visit, your nurse will thoroughly review your therapy or treatment plan, explain the process, and address any concerns. We prioritize making sure you feel comfortable, informed, and supported as we start your care journey.

In coordination with your provider, we schedule follow-up visits as needed to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Your Questions, Answered

Will my nurse explain my therapy plan?
Yes. Your nurse will walk through your therapy, answer questions, and make sure you understand each step before proceeding.
Can I reschedule a visit?
Absolutely. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits. Just reach out as soon as possible so we can adjust your schedule.
How is my privacy protected?
We follow HIPAA and industry best practices. Your information is kept confidential and used only to coordinate your care.
Is my nurse background checked?
Yes. All of our healthcare talent undergoes a nationwide criminal background check and sex offender registry screening.
What happens if I need immediate help outside of my scheduled visits?
In case of emergency, call 911 immediately. Afterward, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further guidance.
Can I request a specific nurse?
We will do our best to accommodate requests for a specific nurse. However, due to scheduling and treatment needs, we may not always be able to fulfill the request.
Are nurses trained and certified?
Yes. All of our nurses are board-certified, complete competency assessments, and undergo ongoing HIPPA training.
Will my nurse work with my doctor or healthcare provider?
Yes. No treatment will be provided without orders from you doctor or healthcare provider. Our nurses will document all treatments and share updates with your healthcare team.
What if I have concerns about my nurse's care or behavior?
If you have any concerns, please contact Amotec Health Nurse Staffing at 216-533-3341 and ask for the Clinical Director.
Can I expect the same nurse each visit, or will it vary?
We strive to assign the same nurse for every visit; however, there may be occasions when a different nurse is assigned.
